Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- As a key member of our Inbound Business Development and Marketing team, you will be responsible for the execution of inbound marketing strategy
- Develop and optimize marketing initiatives to drive client/customer acquisition.
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
- Develop effective working relationships with client/customer through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
- Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in social media marketing.
- Develop a sales contact plan direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects.
- Cafeteria- Stock Management.
- In depth knowledge of Shared office Industry and its current events.
- Proven success in a Business-to-Business sales environment.
- A highly effective individual who has an absolute eye for detail and is focused on improving business performance through exceptional campaign execution, reporting and evaluation.
- Experienced in self-generation of new business leads coupled with excellent account management skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Professional communication skills with a high success rate in building and maintaining business relationships.
- Candidate should know how to engage an audience through social media posts and interactions
- Thorough knowledge of MS office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing.
- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
- Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter.
- Ability to work independently.
