1. Handling clients via providing recommendations and trading related services.
2. Handling Customers Query Regarding 'Before trade and After Trade' through Inbound calls.
3. Handling and meeting clients and giving training on How to trade Online through various Trading Applications.
4. Providing Additional Services to Clients through Outbound calls.
5. Ensuring that these clients are trading more and more with us and maintain high conversion on leads.
6. Knowledge of Financial Products /Equity /Broking /Commodity /Securities Market
7.Reactivation of customers, making the clients actively trade.
