Designation: Business Development Executive
- Functional Area: Sales & Marketing
- Industry: Packaging Products for Cosmetic & Pharma Industry
- Qualification: MBA in Marketing with Strong salesmanship and negotiation skills
- Experience: 1 year or more
- Annual CTC: INR 1,80,000 - 3,60,000 P.A
Desired Profile:
- Experience of 1 - 2 years in Sales & Marketing
- Track record of over-achieving targets
- Proficient with web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem solving skills and perseverance
- Must have Own Vehicle & willing to Travel
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead, follow-up and emails
- Work towards building pipeline and closing deals
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
- Preparing bids and proposals.
- Responding to customer needs and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to client sign off.
