Job Description
- Enable effective retail activation for the maximum walk-ins for the new and existing customers
- Deliver retail communication concepts thereby enhancing and delivering superior clinic experience for the customers
- Conceptualise and manage all brand events related to displaying the premium image.
- Deliver marketing collateral such as brand and range catalogues to provide a superior brand experience for customers
- Track the trends in the local market and provide inputs on competitors & brands
- Scout for the potential strategic alliances and co-partnership for promoting the clinic service
- Responsible for Budget planning for Retail Marketing for all the Retail Marketing collaterals in store.
- Work closely to ensure effective concept to execution of the various retail touch points
- Effective launch of new services & product in-store
- Travel within the zones for the market understanding/stores dynamics/customer understanding/competitive analysis and with the strong insight & growth hypothesis
- Deliver exciting consumer facing promotions across stores to enable operations to extract higher output from the stores
- Independently handle various channel/Clinic programme along with the Operation team.
- Reporting on Retail activation/operations within prescribed formats and timelines
