Marketing Executive ( Alliances and Partnerships)

CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Create and foster new business relationships partnerships to drive organizational objective
  
• Take existing relationships to a more meaningful level by exploring new areas for marketing.
  

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR)

• Select, build, and maintain marketing partners and build solution priorities that will drive growth
  
• Understand business needs and create & execute tactical, strategic and scale campaigns with marketing partners to serve those needs
  
• Understand partner business models and products to develop partnership strategies and execute the plans
  
• Negotiate all required commercials and agreements with the marketing partners
  
• Maintain roadmaps of projects with the partners and help drive them to successful closure.
  
• Assist with planning efforts supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis
  
• Become a business resource for alliances and marketing across these partnerships
  

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

• MBA Preferred
  
• Prior work experience of 2 + years in Alliances & Partnerships, FMCG Sales/Modern Trade, Marketing roles, Banks, Consulting or e-commerce is preferred
  
• Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Should have worked in client facing roles
  
• Should have at least intermediate understanding Excel & Powerpoint
  
• Should have been exposed to partner negotiations
  
• Should be comfortable dealing with senior management at partner companies
