Position Summary

Gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under the direction of experienced personnel by performing different duties. During your traineeship, you’ll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. You’ll get to know the nuts and bolts of our company’s functions and operations and you’ll support our management team with daily tasks. To succeed in this role, strong analytical skills and effective communication are important management trainee qualifications you should have.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the company’s social media profiles, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

• Create shareable content which is appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.

• Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).

• Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.

• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.

• Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target customers.

• Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media.

Minimum Requirements

Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company. Position requires proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
