Job Summary

  • Understanding customers requirement
  • Visiting Customers
  • Understanding product specifications and terms from the customers.
  • Interaction with customers to meet their technical and on time delivery requirements.
  • Monitoring of Products about timely delivery at customers premises.
  • Assessment / evaluation of Competitors products.
  • Diverting products.
  • Customer Satisfaction Surveys / Feedback.
  • Sharing of Customers feedback with Managers / HODs of the factory.
  • Management Information System (MIS).
  • Interaction with other departments and other stake holders for optimum performance,
  • Other functions assigned by the management
