Job Summary

• To work as a Marketing Associate with one of the most prominent Real Estate marketing company, based in over 16 cities of India, operating in both Real Estate as well as Hospitality Services. 
• To understanding clients' prospective, requirement of the client and provide them with the best possible options.

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Adequate knowledge of the Real estate Market for better analysis of the situations and to provide apt solutions.
2. To maintain a sustainable relationship with the clientele for future references.
3. To maintain database of our suitable inventories for instant client closure.
4. To understand and match the best possible option for clients.
5. To maintain regular communication and coordination with foreign clients, based out of India.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1. Graduate with a minimum experience of 1-2 years in relevant field.
2. Hands on with MS Office, MS Excel, Web Browsing etc.
3. Fair knowledge of drafting e-mails as and when required.
4. Fluent in Hindi and English apart from the regional language.

Benefits
Suitable candidates will be appointed as a Management Trainee, and shall be kept under provisional training period of 3 months (as per candidate's performance chart).
This may be increased depending upon their performance and ability to execute.
