We are looking for a Marketing & Tele-sales Executive to work from our office in Mahim, Mumbai.

The selected candidate will oversee many aspects of our customer out reach campaigns throughout the customer buying cycle.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development starting from building, curating and maintaining customer databases. Planning content publishing as well as email campaigns using the latest technology. Analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. He/she will also engage with prospects telephonically to assist the Key Account Managers and senior leadership in their day to day customer engagement. 

The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm. 

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Building and maintaining a database of target customers
• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns including email campaigns
• Devising and presenting marketing ideas and strategies
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead and outbound cold calls and emails, effectively using tele-sales, social media and data tools to identify opportunities
  
• Writing and proof-reading creative copy
• Organising events and product exhibitions
• Following up with customer leads and arranging product demos, sending proposals etc
• Generating reports on marketing and customer engagement
