- Ensure achievement of taken targets for the center(s)
- Ensuring need-based timely recruitment and training of subordinates - career advisors, marketing executives, etc.
- Vendor Management: dealing with vendors for the best prices, quality job, and timely delivery
- Coordinating with academic, operations & publishing dept.
- PR with colleges & conducting events for generating word of mouth and create brand awareness
- Preparing & analyzing marketing reports
