Roles & Responsibilities:
Corporate Marketing

• Work closely with graphic designer/ agency for creating corporate identity (logo, stationery, business cards, presentation templates, proposal template etc.)
  
• Be a custodian and ambassador of the brand Algoscale in the organization ensuring consistent and use of templates and branding  
  
• Maintain an updated repository of marketing collateral, proposals, client testimonials, pictures, images and media etc. in marketing repository
  

• Keep a tap on what’s happening in analytics space w.r.t. competition. Regularly track their websites, press releases, newsletters, announcements etc. and share with the team.
  
• Research extensively on new developments, interesting projects, tenders, VC funding etc. in Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data space and share as a weekly/daily digest.
  

• Manage social profiles and handles for Algoscale and ensuring organic growth on social media using infographics, images, videos etc.
  
• Work with creative team/agency for creating engaging graphics, infographics, email campaigns for social posts
  
• Keep the website updated with latest information like events, press release, blog post, banners etc.
  
• Content creation and develop landing pages for campaigns, events, conferences etc.
  
• Database & CRM
  
• Assist in keeping the marketing database updated and available in CRM
  
• Custodian for all leads, forms collected from tradeshows – Ensure that the database, feedback forms etc. is categorized and is uploaded in CRM without fail
  

• Develop and update marketing collaterals including corporate deck, brochure, factsheet, credential packs, videos, testimonials etc.
  
• Case studies – Capture and maintain most updated information on projects in case study format. Create multiple versions and formats of case studies for every project delivered by Algoscale(PowerPoint, word)
  
• Create presentations for client pitches, conference and events as required. Ensure that the presentations meet branding guidelines, should be grammatically correct, and well formatted  
  
• Maintain a repository of all digital and print copies of new and old versions of collaterals. 
  

• Responsible for effective execution of trade shows remotely/ on-site strictly adhering to Algoscale’s branding guidelines and budgets
  
• Maximizing the ROI on tradeshows by creating awareness and assisting in scheduling meetings using various channels (social media, e-mailers, telecalling)  
  
• Own all pre-show, during and post-show logistics and marketing support like registration, giveaways, brochures, merchandise, etc.
  
• Research, identify and maintain an industry specific global event calendar
  
• Vendor Management
  
• Liaise with the organizers, vendors, agencies, finance etc. to ensure timely delivery of projects within budgets
  
• Maintain an updated list of preferred vendors in a spreadsheet available online/ offline
  
• Maintain and file copies of Purchase Orders, Invoices etc.
