KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The candidate must be able to bring active clients like factories / Small industries/Corporate clients.
  
• Making cold calls to explore new business opportunities.
  
• Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil.
  
• Develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement.
  
• Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
  
• Understand the requirement and client's need and Assisting Operations department in closing fruitful business deals.
  
• Get involved in complete Sales/BD and negotiate the rates with the clients.
  

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Good communication, convincing skills, and negotiation skills.
  
• Should have zeal to work in the competitive scenario & excel in staffing services.
  
• The right candidate must be a confident Self-Starter with high degree of drive to motive the entire team.
  
• Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and to prioritize competing demands effectively.
  

DESIRED PROFILE

• MBA in marketing from Recognized University.
  
• Good knowledge of verbal & written English.
  
• Experience of 0 to 1 year in marketing.
  
• Fresher with good confidence are welcome.
  
• Must have Bike with valid Driving Licence
