Job Description
Key Requirements/Traits :
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively to all stakeholders
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal communications skills
- Passion for Selling and ability to take complete ownership
- Candidate should be extremely patient and should be willing to work in a challenging start-up environment.
- Self-Motivated, strong presence of mind and excellent time management skills.
- Fresher's preferred. Maximum of 2 years of work experience.
- Prior Start-up experience will be preferred in-case of candidates with work experience.
- One Account Manager (AM) will manage 10 school relationships and 5-7 Vendor relationships.
- Compensation will be in the form of a Salary + Incentives (Based on Sales Targets, KRA's and Performance
- Salary Offered : 1.8-2.4 LPA
