You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install our Hotel & Restaurant billing software and applications. Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include on site or online training to our clients to how to us the software.

Responsibility- Software installation, resolving network issues and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support. Also its field job profile, the engineer will have to go on site to train client in how to operate the software.

Sales executive - Two wheeler & Laptop is a must.
