- Understand the company (Pixels) and the services it provides
- Acquiring new clients
- Analyzing business potential, monitoring competitor activities and planning countermeasures
- Identifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys
- Work towards targeted plans and lead/pipeline generation for next month
- Cold calling and fix meetings
- Lead generation, go to the client premises, represent the company, give a presentation and close the deal
- Presenting the company credentials about the work done and service offerings
- Forwarding information/brief to the concerned department and ensure the smooth functioning of the project
- Steering sales strategies to drive volumes and achieve high profitability
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing Management, Business Administration
- 0 - 1 years’ relevant experience
- Good negotiation skills
- Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to start on short notice would be a strong advantage
- Creative Thinking Ability
- Should be able to work under pressure and achieve targets regularly
