- Answer calls and queries from prospective clients.

- Interaction with channels such as India Mart, Just dial, and other online and offline selling platforms.
- Write and optimize content for the brand, the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter.
- Collect market and competitor’s information.
- Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
- Help marketing team generate leads
