Marketing Executive
Job Description
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive sales, and increase customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement campaigns, manage projects, and analyze performance to achieve our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Campaigns & Execution

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels.

Coordinate promotional activities such as email marketing, SMS campaigns, online ads, events, roadshows, and product launches.

Support the planning and distribution of marketing materials like brochures, banners, social media posts, and presentations.
2. Market Research & Analysis

Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior.

Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas of success and areas for improvement.

Provide insights to the marketing team to refine targeting, positioning, and messaging.
3. Social Media and Digital Marketing

Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to build brand awareness and engagement.

Monitor digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email automation platforms.

Collaborate with the digital team to ensure SEO/SEM strategies are aligned with business goals.
4. Event Management and Promotions

Plan and organize events such as trade shows, product launches, seminars, and exhibitions.

Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, promotional material distribution, and post-event analysis.

Represent the company at events and engage with potential customers or partners.
5. Branding & Corporate Communication

Ensure consistency in the brand’s tone, look, and feel across all touchpoints and platforms.

Support PR efforts by drafting press releases, articles, and coordinating with media agencies.

Collaborate with designers and content creators for visually appealing and compelling marketing assets.
6. Lead Generation & Customer Outreach

Support sales teams by generating marketing-qualified leads through campaigns and promotions.

Use CRM tools to track and follow up with prospects generated through marketing activities.

Help in managing databases for email marketing, SMS campaigns, and retargeting.
7. Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with internal departments such as sales, product, and design to align marketing initiatives.

Maintain documentation of marketing plans, budgets, and campaign calendars.

Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports to track progress and ROI of activities.
