Salary: 12,000 - 18,000+ Incentives
Job Responsibilities:

Promote company services through digital marketing, social media, and online ads.

Make cold calls, follow-up calls, and direct visits to potential clients.

Generate leads through advertising, marketing campaigns, and networking.

Meet with prospective customers to explain our construction packages and services.

Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly until conversion.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Prior experience in sales/marketing (construction or real estate preferred).

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
