Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team at Continental Hospitals. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and targeting potential referral sources such as doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include initiating outbound calls and emails to introduce our hospital's services and establish partnerships with medical professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals who can be potential referral sources.
- Initiate outbound calls and emails to introduce the hospital's services and establish partnerships with medical professionals.
- Drive revenue and volumes from communities and banking sectors.
- Oversee expansion and enhancement in all communities and banks, entering MoUs with new communities, and coordinating activities in public areas.
- Ensure availability of staff and consultants in communities and corporate companies.
- Facilitate conversion of outpatient (OP) to inpatient (IP) admissions from communities and banks to the hospital.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns targeting doctors and clinics.
- Utilize excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Analyze referral patterns, identify growth opportunities, and convert leads into referrals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software to manage doctor interactions, track referral progress, and measure success.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
