Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing activities, and generate sales leads
- Visit colleges for tie-ups. Map out potential sources of student admissions.
- Manage BTL activities locally
- Reach monthly sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationships with agents,
- Build agents network at the local level and do regular follow-ups with them
An ideal candidate should have:
- Comfortable with field sales role; open to being in the market every day (has a bike)
- Good at consultative sales: Ability to build trust and suggest courses without being pushy
- Can handle sales pressure
- Good at communication , Open to taking feedback; accept mistakes and failures
