Job Overview
A Marketing Executive plays a key role in managing client interactions, preparing quotations and invoices, and handling social media accounts to enhance brand presence. This role requires a combination of sales, finance, and digital marketing skills to support business growth and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Communication
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and final invoices to clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, payments, and order confirmations.
- Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring profitability.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and address inquiries professionally.
2. Billing & Documentation
- Generate and manage invoices, purchase orders, and payment receipts.
- Ensure accuracy in billing and maintain financial transaction records.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for payment processing and reconciliation.
3. Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content to promote products/services.
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and interact with followers.
- Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
4. Marketing & Business Development Support
- Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Support lead generation through email marketing, social media campaigns, and client outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitors.
