Marketing Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Showroom Customer Engagement

Welcome and attend to walk-in customers at the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products based on their needs and preferences.

Present product features, specifications, benefits, pricing, and available options in a clear and compelling manner.

Answer queries and offer guidance to help customers make informed decisions.

Follow up with showroom visitors to nurture interest and finalize sales.
2. Field Visits & Lead Generation

Conduct regular field visits to potential clients, corporate offices, residential complexes, commercial sites, or other relevant venues.

Identify and approach new customers to promote products and brand visibility in the market.

Distribute promotional materials and product brochures during field visits.

Understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions based on our offerings.
3. Cold Calling and Prospecting
-
Make outbound calls to potential leads to introduce the company’s products and services.

Build a strong pipeline of interested prospects through cold calling, telemarketing, and referrals.

Maintain a high level of activity—calls, follow-ups, and meetings—to ensure a consistent inflow of leads.

Use persuasion techniques to turn cold prospects into showroom visitors or potential customers.
4. Client Invitation & Relationship Building

Invite interested prospects to visit the showroom for a detailed product demonstration and consultation.

Build rapport with prospective clients through personalized communication and professional follow-up.

Schedule and coordinate appointments for product demos and meetings with senior sales staff if required.

Maintain a polite, respectful, and professional demeanor while dealing with clients at all times.
5. Product Pitching and Sales Closing
-
Deliver effective product presentations to individual clients or groups, both at the showroom and during field visits.

Demonstrate product usage, explain unique features, and highlight competitive advantages.

Negotiate terms, address objections, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments if required.
