Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to promote EarMart’s hearing care services, increase brand awareness, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and skilled in both online and offline marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote hearing aids and audiology services
- Manage digital marketing activities (SEO, social media, Google Ads, WhatsApp marketing)
- Generate leads through local marketing, camps, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with clinics and partners for branding and outreach programs
- Create engaging content for social media, website, and advertisements
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI
- Organize free hearing test camps and awareness programs
- Maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, and referral partners
- Support sales team with marketing materials and promotions
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and in a team
