Key Responsibilities

Develop content and marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.

Enhance brand awareness through consistent messaging and visuals.

Conduct promotional activities, events, and product launches.

Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to identify opportunities.

Client & Market Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Identify potential customers and generate leads for the sales team.

Conduct market research and customer surveys to understand preferences and improve offerings.

Digital Marketing Support

Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.

Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.

Support website updates, SEO efforts, and online advertisements.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare reports on campaign performance, ROI, and lead generation.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing with business goals.

Work with designers, agencies, and vendors for execution of campaigns.
