Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
-
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, on-ground).

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
2. Digital Marketing
-
Support digital marketing efforts including email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.).
-
Schedule and manage posts on social media platforms and respond to online inquiries/comments.
-
Track and report key digital marketing metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
3. Content Development
-
Create engaging marketing content including blog posts, promotional copy, social media captions, and product descriptions.

Coordinate with designers for visuals and creatives for campaigns and promotions.

Maintain brand voice and consistency across all communication channels.
4. Market Research & Analysis
-
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
-
Collect and analyze data to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and brand positioning.
-
Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on research insights.
5. Lead Generation & Support
-
Generate quality leads through digital and offline channels (email campaigns, webinars, exhibitions, etc.).

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-ups.
-
Maintain and update lead databases or CRM tools.
6. Event Management
-
Assist in organizing marketing events, product launches, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Coordinate logistics, materials, guest lists, and post-event reporting.
-
Represent the company at events and interact with customers or partners.
7. Branding & Collateral
-
Ensure consistent use of branding, logo, and messaging across all platforms and materials.
-
Create and update marketing brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
-
Manage inventory of promotional materials and coordinate printing or production.
8. Internal Coordination
-
Work closely with the product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Communicate campaign updates, feedback, and leads across departments.
-
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Technical Skills
-
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.)
-
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and basic graphic editing tools
-
Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
