Job Description

 ⁠Respond to enquiry on calls and emails from social media platforms, manage listing at indiamart & instagrams, send broadcasting emails, whatsapp & telegrams messages, make quotations, research and create data of potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

  • Analyze customer insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Identify new market opportunities, target segments, and potential product offerings.

  • Prepare reports on market trends and competitor analysis for the marketing and sales teams.

2. Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Assist in the creation of comprehensive marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and event-based initiatives.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

  • Work with design, content, and product teams to create engaging promotional materials such as brochures, websites, and advertisements.

  • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing).

3. Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop content for marketing channels, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.

  • Ensure all marketing materials and content are consistent with the company’s brand voice, style, and messaging.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other content creators to produce high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.

  • Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and relevant.

4. Digital Marketing:

  • Manage digital marketing activities, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and social media campaigns.

  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms.

  • Optimize online campaigns for better reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to implement best practices.

5. Brand Development and Management:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s brand identity and positioning in the market.

  • Ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns are aligned with the brand’s values, voice, and style guidelines.

  • Promote brand awareness through consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.

6. Event Planning and Management:

  • Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events to showcase the company’s products and services.

  • Manage event logistics, including coordination with vendors, speakers, and internal teams.

  • Track event success through post-event analysis, ensuring that KPIs such as attendance, engagement, and lead generation are met.

7. Lead Generation and Customer Engagement:

  • Develop and implement lead-generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Nurture customer relationships through targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and feedback through various marketing channels.

8. Budget Management:

  • Assist in preparing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently across marketing activities.

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing spend and campaign ROI (Return on Investment).

9. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, providing detailed reports on key metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and sales impact.

  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

  • Prepare regular reports for the Marketing Manager or Senior Management on marketing performance.
