Key Responsibilities
- Drive qualified B2B lead generation using Apollo.io, Lusha, and CRM-integrated workflows.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, engineering, manufacturing, and software service sectors.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, exhibitions, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Create product and service presentations / email templates tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with technical & operations team to prepare proposals and customized solutions.
- Conduct market research on trends, competitors & customer needs.
- Use MS Excel for lead tracking, trend analysis, Data Management and reporting.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly business reports.
- Masters degree in Marketing with a bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer science
- Strong written and
verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English, Hindi and Telugu).
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with a results-driven approach.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts & Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior internship experience in lead generation is a plus
- Fluency in English, Hindi & Telugu.
- Lead Generation through Lusha, Apollo.io is preferred
- Engineering background is an added advantage.
- B2B/B2C Sales background from Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense Industries is a plus
