Position: Marketing Executive
Department: Marketing
Education Required: MBA-Sales' & Marketing
Location: Kolkata
Remark: Note: The candidate will be responsible for handling the West Bengal region. Travel and food allowances will be provided as per company policy
A Marketing Executive in the solar industry is responsible for driving sales and building brand awareness by developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, and educating potential customers about solar energy solutions. They also manage digital marketing efforts, create engaging content, and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identifying and generating leads through various channels like online marketing, referrals, and networking.
Marketing Strategy: Developing and implementing marketing plans to promote solar products and services.
Content Creation: Creating and managing content for marketing materials, social media, and email campaigns.
Digital Marketing: Managing online presence, including website, social media, SEO, and SEM.
Market Research: Conducting market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and industry trends.
Brand Building: Contributing to the development of the brand image and marketing strategy.
Customer Engagement: Educating clients and the public about solar energy through content marketing and outreach.
Collaboration: Collaborating with sales teams, other departments, and vendors to achieve marketing goals.
Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics and providing actionable insights.
Budget Management: Managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Additional Responsibilities (May Vary Based on Role):
Field Marketing: Conducting site visits, participating in roadshows and local events, and building relationships with potential clients.
Sales Support: Supporting the sales team by developing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of marketing executives.
