Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the business unit.
Supervise and mentor a high-performing team, providing leadership and guidance to achieve business objectives.
Coordinate project execution and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of key business initiatives.
Handle negotiations with clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure business opportunities.
Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, highlighting performance, strategies, and areas for improvement.
Plan and implement business expansion activities, identifying new opportunities and markets.
Regularly engage in business travel to meet clients, assess business operations, and represent the company at various industry events.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, with at least 2 years in a industry area.
Proven experience in business planning, strategy development, and execution.
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
Expertise in project management and monitoring to ensure successful project completion.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in email drafting, business correspondence, and internal/external reporting.
Willingness to travel as required for business growth and relationship building.
