Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential clients needing ISO training (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001)
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales staff
- Maintain prospect database in CRM system
Sales Support
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients
- Support customized training solution development
- Coordinate with training delivery team
Client Management
- Provide customer service for training inquiries
- Maintain regular client communication
- Handle basic concerns and escalate complex issues
- Support post-training follow-up
Administrative Tasks
- Update CRM database with client information
- Prepare sales reports and activity summaries
- Coordinate training schedules
- Assist with promotional events and marketing materials
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with professional phone/email etiquette

- Generate 20 qualified leads per month
- Maintain 85% CRM data accuracy
- Complete 50+ weekly outreach activities
