Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Planning

Assist in developing and executing marketing plans aligned with company goals.

Collaborate with senior marketing staff and cross-functional teams to create effective marketing campaigns.

Support product positioning and promotional strategies that cater to different customer segments.

Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and growth strategies.
2. Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, customer needs, and potential areas for expansion.

Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, and buying habits to develop insights that influence marketing strategies.

Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and marketing performance.
3. Campaign Management

Plan, organize, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, print, outdoor, events).

Develop and implement campaigns to generate leads, boost brand engagement, and drive conversions.

Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to create campaign assets such as brochures, social media posts, videos, and advertisements.

Track the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements based on analytics.
4. Digital Marketing

Manage and update company websites and social media channels regularly.

Plan and run paid advertisements using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Monitor SEO and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, and recommend strategies to increase visibility and engagement.

Create and send newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional offers using email marketing platforms.
5. Content Creation and Management

Create engaging content for digital and print media, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, press releases, and advertisements.

Ensure all marketing material is consistent with the brand voice and guidelines.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop relevant content that supports business objectives.
6. Event Planning and Coordination

Organize and support company events such as trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, and workshops.

Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, event materials, and guest registration.

Represent the company at events and ensure proper branding and visibility.
7. Branding and Public Relations

Ensure all external communications reflect the company’s brand image and values.

Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other external stakeholders.

Support the creation of branding materials like product catalogs, company profiles, corporate videos, and packaging designs.
8. Lead Generation and CRM

Identify new business opportunities through marketing activities and referrals.

Work with the sales team to qualify and follow up on leads generated from campaigns and promotions.
