Marketing Executive
2. Conducts shop owners' surveys and analyzes survey data to understand their pain points, support requirements, and hurdles to sell using online platforms.
3. Competition research and SWOT analysis.
4. Represents the Ezmart app/ websites at partner shops for customer interactions and promoting platform.
5. Gathers (telephonic) and analyzes customer feedback about their purchase from the Ezmart platform.
6. Provides complete project report with analysis and recommendations.
