Email Marketing Support
Draft, send, and track basic email campaigns and follow-ups -
CRM & Lead Management
Maintain and update lead/customer databases; assist in tracking responses and follow-ups -
Layout Sketches
Ability to create or interpret basic layout drawings using AutoCAD or similar tools -
Report Preparation
Assist in compiling field data, images, and feedback into structured reports -
Documentation & Office Tools

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Handle basic mailing and communication formatting

Follow-up Tracking
Maintain simple trackers for campaign responses, leads, and appointments

Willingness to travel to remote areas via bus or public transport

Strong communication in Tamil and English (Hindi is a bonus)

Proactive and willingness to learn and take on new tasks
Should know basic of engineering drawing and drafting (autocad or solidworks)
