Job Overview

A Marketing Executive for a school is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing marketing activities to promote the school, increase student admissions, and enhance brand visibility within the community. Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the school’s programs and facilities.

  • Conduct awareness programs during Ganapati festival, Navratri festival, and other local events to showcase the school’s offerings.

  • Design and implement seasonal marketing activities to attract prospective parents and students.

  • Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and flyers in key locations across Vadodara to generate admissions leads.

  • Ensure maximum visibility of the school through hoardings, banners, and posters during campaigns.

2. Event Management

  • Organize and manage on-ground events like school fairs, education expos, open houses, and awareness programs.

  • Set up stalls and promotional booths at public gatherings, festivals, and residential areas.

  • Conduct engagement activities at pre-schools to promote early admissions.

  • Represent the school in community events to enhance its brand image and credibility.

3. Lead Generation & Database Management

  • Collect, verify, and maintain a database of prospective parents and students from campaigns, events, and visits.

  • Conduct field visits to meet potential leads and explain school programs.

  • Follow up with inquiries through calls, emails, and personal interactions.

  • Share accurate and updated leads with the admissions counsellor for further processing.

4. Branding & Public Relations

  • Build strong relationships with parents, communities, and pre-schools to create trust and promote the school’s values.

  • Collaborate with local influencers, social groups, and residential communities to improve brand presence.

  • Support the creation of creative marketing materials like posters, videos, and banners in coordination with the design team.

  • Maintain a positive brand image through consistent messaging in all marketing activities.

5. Digital & Social Media Support

  • Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns for the school.

  • Support social media activities by sharing event updates, campaign highlights, and admission information.

  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to improve the school’s online presence and parent engagement.

6. Competitor & Market Analysis

  • Conduct surveys and market research to understand parents’ expectations and trends in the education sector.

  • Monitor competitors’ marketing strategies to improve the school’s positioning.

  • Suggest innovative marketing ideas based on local market needs and audience behavior.
