Job Description
Wanted Marketing Executive for a Dental Laboratory in Thrissur, Kerala.
Work Location: Kozhikode
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
The job requires to meet dentist/ dental clinic on a daily basis and collect orders and dispatch the same to Head Office for processing. After the order has been processed the final product to be delivered to the dentist/dental clinic.
Salary: Commission on sales and reimbursement of travelling expenses.
Potential to earn 25k to 80k per month.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Visits to Dentists / Clinics:
Visit a set number of dental clinics daily as per assigned route or area.
Build strong professional relationships with dental practitioners, assistants, and clinic staff.
Understand and record the dentist’s specific requirements for each dental case (e.g., crown type, shade, material).
2. Order Collection and Documentation:
Collect physical or digital case sheets/lab orders from dental clinics with all necessary details (patient information, instructions, impressions).
Ensure the order form is completely filled, accurate, and meets the technical requirements of the lab.
Photograph or scan the order (if needed) and upload/send it to the Head Office or central lab for processing.
Maintain a daily log of all collected orders with clinic name, order details, and timestamp.
3. Coordination with Head Office / Central Lab:
Share collected orders with the Head Office team via courier, app, or email based on company procedure.
Track the progress of each submitted order until completion.
Communicate any changes, urgent cases, or clarifications required by the dentist to the lab team.
Ensure feedback from the lab is communicated back to the dentist promptly.
4. Delivery of Completed Cases:
Collect completed prosthetics or dental products (e.g., crowns, bridges, dentures, aligners) from the Head Office or designated pickup point.
Check package labeling and clinic name before delivery to avoid errors.
Deliver completed cases to the correct dentist or clinic on time, along with any invoices or payment receipts if required.
Collect dentist feedback on the product and update the lab team for continuous improvement.
5. Relationship Management and Follow-up:
Follow up with dentists for future cases or repeat orders.
Address concerns or complaints by reporting them to the technical or management team.
Promote new lab services, technologies, or offers to the clinic staff.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
6. Reporting and Administration:
Submit daily reports of clinic visits, order details, delivery confirmations, and client feedback.
Maintain and update client database with latest contact information and preferences.
Assist in monthly performance tracking and planning.
