Job Description
Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
-
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital departments, clinical services, and specialties.
-
Conduct hospital market analysis, patient demographics research, and competitor benchmarking.
-
Plan and execute digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media outreach, and email marketing for patient engagement.
-
Coordinate health camps, community programs, seminars, and hospital events to increase service awareness.
-
Create technical marketing collaterals, brochures, presentations, and patient education material.
-
Track campaign KPIs, ROI, and prepare performance reports for management.
-
Collaborate with clinical teams, consultants, and operations for service promotion and hospital branding.

Support product launches, new service promotion, and go-to-market strategy for hospital services.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience in hospital, healthcare, or medical services marketing.
-
Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and marketing analytics.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
