Job Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Executive (E-Rickshaw Battery) to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales and brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the electric vehicle (EV) market, battery technologies, and B2B/B2C sales. This role involves market research, promotional activities, dealer network expansion, and digital marketing to position the company as a leading e-rickshaw battery provider.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
- Analyze pricing strategies, market demand, and industry developments in e-rickshaw batteries.
- Gather feedback from dealers, distributors, and end users to improve marketing strategies.
2. Branding & Promotional Activities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote e-rickshaw batteries.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, and PPC campaigns.
- Plan and participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events.
- Create marketing materials like brochures, catalogs, and product videos.
3. Dealer & Distributor Network Expansion
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Train dealers on product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Develop incentive programs to motivate channel partners and increase sales.
4. Sales Support & Lead Generation
- Generate and nurture leads from online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert potential leads into customers.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, pricing strategies, and promotional offers.
5. Customer Engagement & Technical Education
- Educate customers on battery performance, lifespan, charging cycles, and maintenance.
- Address customer queries and concerns regarding battery efficiency and durability.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for customers and dealers.
6. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track marketing campaign performance and analyze return on investment (ROI).
- Provide monthly reports on lead generation, sales growth, and market expansion.
- Suggest data-driven improvements to optimize marketing strategies.
