Job Description
Develop and Implement Marketing strategies Manage Social media account and Online present
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning and Execution:

Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital (social media, email, website), print, events, and more.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas for promotional content, ads, and other marketing materials.

Ensure campaigns align with company goals and are executed within budget and timelines.

Monitor and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
2. Content Creation and Management:
-
Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and advertisements.

Write and edit marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, website content, and product descriptions.

Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Work closely with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing assets.
3. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends.

Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and demographics to refine marketing strategies.

Track competitors' marketing activities and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Prepare reports on campaign performance, customer feedback, and market insights for management.
4. Social Media & Digital Marketing:

Manage and update the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to maintain engagement and promote content.

Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and conversations to identify new opportunities for engagement.

Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts, such as keyword research and content optimization.

Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring high open rates and engagement through proper segmentation and content strategies.
5. Event Coordination and Promotional Activities:

Help plan and execute events, trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, or product launches.

Coordinate logistics for promotional events, including invitations, venue management, and post-event follow-up.

Assist in managing partnerships with external vendors, influencers, or affiliates for promotional initiatives.
6. Brand Development & Positioning:

Support the development and strengthening of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts.

Assist in the creation and execution of strategies to position the brand effectively in the market.

Ensure brand guidelines are followed for all communication and marketing materials.
