A marketing executive is responsible for
- Identifying and targeting new customers
- Building and maintaining relationship with existing customer
- Effective and appropriate communication with clients, customers, other departments of the organization
- Prepare reports on marketing activities - inquiry sheet, Follow up sheet, Job card
- Explore the products in the market
- Follow up for order generation and price negotiation
- Command over local language - Gujarati, Hindi, English
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.

Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.

Identify target audiences and create effective marketing plans.
2. Digital & Traditional Marketing

Manage social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.

Create engaging content for websites, blogs, and promotional materials.

Oversee print, radio, and outdoor advertising strategies if applicable.
3. Lead Generation & Sales Support

Generate leads through online and offline marketing efforts.

Coordinate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies.

Attend events, trade shows, and networking meetings to expand market reach.
4. Brand Management & Customer Engagement

Maintain a strong brand identity through consistent messaging and design.

Engage with customers through social media, promotions, and loyalty programs.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track and analyze marketing campaign performance.

Prepare reports on ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
