Job Description

About the Role Sanray Laboratories is looking for a target-driven Business Development professional to grow our client base across our Pharma Analytical Testing, Metallurgy, Mechanical Reliability Testing, Genomics Testing, and CRO Testing verticals. You will manage the sales pipeline and build lasting relationships with customers, acting as the key link between clients and our technical teams — from the first enquiry through to post-sales support. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Pharma Analytical Testing, Metallurgy, Mechanical Reliability Testing, Genomics Testing, and CRO Testing verticals • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients • Maintain a healthy monthly sales pipeline to consistently meet business targets • Respond promptly to customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on open sales opportunities • Coordinate post-sales support and resolve customer service queries • Arrange and host client visits to the laboratory • Deliver client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations • Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery • Track market intelligence and prepare regular sales and business development reports • Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction Preferred Candidate Profile • Graduate in Engineering or MBA (Marketing preferred) • 2–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in pharma analytical testing, metallurgy/mechanical testing, genomics, or CRO services • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive business growth • Proactive, target-oriented mindset • Willingness to travel as per business requirements • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Key Skills Pharma Analytical Testing, Metallurgy, Mechanical Reliability Testing, Genomics Testing, CRO Testing, Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship Management, Laboratory Services, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, CRM Tools
