Marketing Executive
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at a leading courier and logistics company. The primary goal of this role is to promote our courier services, develop client relationships, and drive business growth through both B2B and B2C engagement.
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, explaining our service offerings, converting inquiries into bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, a convincing attitude, and a willingness to meet sales targets when applicable.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:

Identify potential customers (individuals, small businesses, corporates, e-commerce sellers, etc.) who require courier or parcel delivery services.

Visit offices, shops, and companies to promote courier services and build client relationships.

Follow up on leads through calls, emails, or in-person meetings to generate business.
2. Service Promotion and Communication:

Clearly explain the company’s services including local courier, domestic and international delivery, same-day delivery, logistics support, and parcel tracking features.

Maintain strong communication with clients regarding pricing, timelines, delivery modes, and company policies.

Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, business cards, and service catalogs.
3. Customer Engagement and Feedback:

Address customer questions, objections, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Maintain regular follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer experience.
4. Target Achievement and Incentives:

Work towards monthly or weekly targets (if applicable).

Earn incentives based on performance, lead conversions, and client retention.

Report daily, weekly, and monthly performance to the team leader or manager.
5. Administrative and Reporting Duties:

Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and customers in a systematic manner.

Submit daily work reports including client visits, calls made, and status updates.

Assist the accounts or billing team with customer invoicing and documentation when required.
6. Market Research and Competitor Awareness:

Study market trends in the courier and logistics industry.

Understand competitor pricing, service offerings, and promotions.

Suggest new ideas or strategies to the management to improve customer reach and satisfaction.
