Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management:

Assist in developing marketing strategies that support the company’s objectives and resonate with the target audience.

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, digital, social media, events).

Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjust strategies when necessary, and report on their success to senior management.
2. Digital Marketing and Social Media:
-
Manage the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including posting, engagement, and growth strategies.

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing) to drive traffic and generate leads.

Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive more traffic to the company website.
3. Content Creation and Management:

Create, curate, and manage content across different channels (website, social media, email newsletters, blogs).

Develop creative marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, videos, and other promotional materials.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone.
4. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.

Analyze customer and industry trends to develop insights that inform marketing strategies.

Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and market surveys to measure the performance of marketing activities.
5. Brand Management:

Ensure the consistency of the company’s brand voice and messaging across all marketing materials and communications.

Support brand awareness efforts through strategic initiatives and events.

Assist with maintaining and improving the company’s online reputation by managing customer feedback and responding to reviews or inquiries.
6. Lead Generation and Customer Engagement:

Implement lead-generation strategies to attract potential customers and convert them into leads or sales.

Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotions, ensuring relevance and engagement with the target audience.

Engage with customers and potential clients through various communication channels to build relationships and improve brand loyalty.
7. Event Planning and Coordination:

Assist in organizing and promoting company events, product launches, webinars, or trade shows.

Coordinate logistics, create promotional materials, and ensure events run smoothly.

Engage with event participants and gather feedback for future improvement.
8. Reporting and Performance Metrics:

Regularly track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.

Generate reports on campaign performance, lead generation, website traffic, social media engagement, and other marketing metrics.

Present insights to management and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
