Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
This role involves working closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product Development, and Design, as well as external agencies and partners. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, generate innovative marketing ideas, analyze market trends, and execute campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning and Strategy

Assist in the development of comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives and target key audiences.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

Support the preparation of annual marketing budgets, plans, and calendars, ensuring deadlines are met.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to create compelling marketing concepts and initiatives.
2. Campaign Execution

Plan, implement, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (social media, email, SEO/SEM), offline (print, events, brochures), and partner promotions.

Write, edit, and proofread marketing content such as newsletters, product descriptions, blog posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.

Coordinate with creative teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing assets including graphics, videos, presentations, and brochures.

Schedule and manage campaign rollouts, ensuring all content is consistent in messaging, branding, and style.
3. Digital Marketing

Manage company presence across social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter), including content creation and audience engagement.

Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts to drive website traffic and improve search rankings.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics on digital campaigns (e.g., clicks, conversions, bounce rates), and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Collaborate with the web development team to keep website content current, optimized, and user-friendly.
4. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

Create and manage lead-generation campaigns through paid media, content marketing, and email campaigns.

Segment mailing lists and personalize email marketing to increase engagement and conversion rates.

Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients through value-driven marketing content.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase products and generate leads.
5. Market Research and Analysis

Gather and interpret customer insights, feedback, and behavioral data to refine marketing tactics.

Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging technologies relevant to marketing.

Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software to analyze campaign performance.

Recommend strategies based on market intelligence to better position the brand and offerings.
6. Internal Collaboration and Reporting

Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and measure impact.

Coordinate with the Product Development team to understand new offerings and create go-to-market strategies.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports outlining campaign effectiveness, ROI, and areas for improvement.

Provide input and assistance in preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong creative thinking with an eye for design, detail, and consistency.

Proficiency in using marketing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
