Job Location : Cheran ma Nagar
Working Hours : 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
Additional Info : Make Or Receive Calls To Assist Customers With Inquiries, Complaints, Or Purchases. Maintain Detailed Records Of Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues. Deliver Excellent Customer Service While
Meeting Performance Metrics. Languages : English, Tamil,Hindi
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Coimbatore North. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing activities on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Market Planning and Market Research skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Sales and Marketing skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Languages : English, Tamil
• Understand customer need and handle their queries
• Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
• Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
• Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
• It is a Full Time job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
