- Research and generate lists of potential customers
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-ups on leads assigned.
- Should be well versed in constructing & sending direct mails to customers.
- Managing social media accounts.
- Responsible for the purchase ad sales of products.
- Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
- Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature.
- Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts.
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
- Manage and Maintain the company website and E-commerce platform.
- Experience in export and import-related activities.
