Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

Set monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing targets in alignment with company goals.

Collaborate with senior management to create innovative promotional strategies.
2. Digital Marketing & Online Promotions

Plan and manage digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Work on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve website visibility and rankings.

Manage content marketing including blogs, articles, videos, and social media posts.

Run paid ads (PPC, social media ads, and display campaigns) to generate qualified leads.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and make improvements.
3. Lead Generation & Sales Support

Identify and target potential customers through email campaigns, telemarketing, events, and webinars.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure a continuous flow of qualified leads.

Develop marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and sales pitches.

Participate in client meetings and provide marketing insights to close deals.
4. Brand Building & Awareness

6. Reporting & Analytics
