The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving student enrollments, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with schools. The role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
. Conduct regular field visits to schools, meet decision-makers, and maintain strong relationships.
. Promote company services and branding through structured presentations, events, and activities at schools.
. Obtain permissions for branding, events, and promotional activities in school premises.
. Organize and participate in marketing campaigns, workshops, and student engagement drives.
. Collect, manage, and update school and student data in the database management system.
. Generate walk-ins and leads for our center through field promotions and local marketing initiatives.
. Handle calling and follow-ups using the provided database to convert leads into prospects.
. Manage distribution of promotional materials and ensure proper visibility at targeted locations.
. Provide timely market feedback, competitor insights, and performance reports to the management.
. Support in achieving monthly and quarterly admission and marketing targets
