Job Description
Develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.

Identify target audiences and build strategies to reach potential students and their families.

Collaborate with the senior team to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.
2. Lead Generation & Student Engagement:

Generate inquiries through campaigns, webinars, online promotions, and events.

Follow up with prospective students, respond to inquiries, and schedule counseling appointments.

Maintain a pipeline of leads and update CRM with student details and interaction history.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media:

Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns via platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Coordinate with content creators or design teams for visuals, blogs, emails, and social media posts.

Monitor engagement metrics, optimize campaigns, and report performance analytics regularly.
4. Event Planning & Participation:

Organize and participate in education fairs, webinars, seminars, campus events, and career expos.

Represent the consultancy professionally at partner universities’ outreach events or recruitment drives.

Coordinate logistics for promotional events, including materials, signage, and staff support.
5. University & Partner Relations:

Assist in maintaining good relationships with international universities, training institutes, and test prep providers.

Collect and update promotional material, program information, and scholarship opportunities from partners.

Help develop co-branded campaigns with partner institutions when needed.
6. Branding & Market Research:

Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication materials.

Conduct market research to understand student preferences, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in the education sector.

Recommend new promotional activities or opportunities for increasing brand visibility.
