Job Description
Marketing executive oversee many aspects of a campaign throughout the entire lifespan of a product, service or idea.
The Marketing executive will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm.
Duties:
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
- Devising and presenting marketing ideas and strategies
- Promotional activities
- Writing and proof-reading creative copy
- Organising events and product exhibitions
- Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture
- Monitoring performance
- Managing campaigns on social media
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning and Execution

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, events, and social media.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce promotional materials, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

Assist in the development of marketing calendars, plans, and budgets aligned with business goals.
2. Digital Marketing
-
Manage online marketing efforts including website content, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.

Monitor and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Track and report performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
3. Lead Generation and Sales Support

Support sales teams by developing marketing materials, presentations, and case studies.

Participate in lead generation activities through webinars, cold outreach campaigns, and CRM nurturing.

Qualify leads and pass them on to the sales team as part of the marketing-sales funnel.
4. Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.

Analyze consumer behavior and demographics to refine marketing strategies.

Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and market insights for management review.
5. Brand Management

Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.

Manage brand assets, logos, and design templates in alignment with company guidelines.

Help develop and maintain the company’s voice, tone, and messaging in all customer-facing content.
6. Event Management

Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches.

Liaise with vendors, partners, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of events.

Capture event data, feedback, and follow-up with participants for lead conversion.
