Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. School and College Visits:

Schedule and conduct visits to local schools, colleges, and educational institutions to present Utkal Academy’s offerings.

Engage with students, teachers, and administrators to generate interest in the academy’s programs.

Organize presentations, workshops, or information sessions to educate students and staff about the courses, benefits, and admission process at Utkal Academy.

Coordinate with schools for permission and logistics for school visits and events.
2. Seminar and Admission Drives:

Plan and execute seminars, workshops, and educational fairs at schools, colleges, and community events to increase awareness of Utkal Academy.

Collaborate with the Admissions team to arrange on-site admission drives, including registration assistance and queries handling.

Manage event logistics such as venue setup, promotional material distribution, and post-event follow-up.

Ensure smooth coordination between prospective students and the academy’s admission team.
3. Lead Generation and Follow-Up:

Generate leads through various marketing strategies, including cold-calling, email campaigns, and in-person interactions at events.

Maintain a database of leads and track interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

Qualify leads, schedule follow-up meetings or calls, and convert interested leads into enrolled students.

Assist in student application processes, answer queries, and help students navigate the enrollment process.
4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Monitor and report on market trends, educational developments, and competitor activities.

Gather information on competitors’ marketing strategies, programs, and promotional tactics to identify areas for improvement or differentiation.

Provide recommendations based on research for new marketing approaches, promotional strategies, and potential partnerships with local schools or community organizations.
5. Distribution of Marketing Materials:

Distribute brochures, posters, and other promotional materials to schools, colleges, and community centers.

Ensure that materials are placed in key high-traffic areas, such as notice boards, library areas, and student lounges, for maximum visibility.

Coordinate with the marketing department to keep stock of brochures and other materials and ensure timely delivery to required locations.
6. WhatsApp & Social Media Campaigns:

Manage and create content for WhatsApp groups, including sending announcements, promotional messages, and updates about academy events.

Develop and schedule social media posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to promote Utkal Academy’s programs, events, and success stories.

Engage with the academy’s online community by responding to queries, comments, and messages on social media.

Monitor the performance of social media campaigns, track engagement metrics, and adjust strategies for better results.
7. Reporting and Analytics:

Provide regular reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and conversions.

Track and report on the effectiveness of various campaigns and events, offering insights into areas for improvement.
